1. How many pieces do you accept per month?
We only receive 10 pieces per month to guarantee an exclusive and personalized service.
2. What is the basis for accepting a piece?
We operate on a monthly booking basis. If you are one of the 10 people who request the service in that period, your piece will be accepted for framing.
3. What happens if I can't book in that month?
Don't worry, your application will automatically be included in the list for the following month, subject to your confirmation.
4. Do you sell templates of the paintings?
No, we do not sell the templates. We offer a full design and framing service, ensuring that each piece has a unique and professional presentation.
5. Can I frame other types of objects that are not electronic?
Yes, in addition to cameras, drones and electronic devices, we can frame objects with sentimental or historical value, such as antique toys, watches, tools, plumbing parts, Swiss Army knives and more. Write to us and tell us your idea.
6. What types of devices and objects have you framed so far?
We have worked with cameras, drones, video game controllers and consoles, notebooks, watches, Kindles, video game guns, Swiss Army knives, plumbing parts and more.
7. How thick can framed objects be?
The pieces must not exceed 8 cm in thickness to ensure secure mounting within the frame.
8. What material are the frames made of?
Our frames are made of wood with a glass front, ensuring quality and durability. We also offer special options such as anti-reflective or museum glass.
9. Can I customize the templates?
Yes, you can customize the templates in the language of your choice and include your name, logo, signature, phrase or any other special details.
10. Can I see a preliminary design before starting work?
Yes, we make a digital pre-design that we show you before starting the framing process. We only start once you are completely satisfied with the proposal.
11. What does the value of each project depend on?
The price varies depending on the dimensions of the frame, the type of customization required (such as changing the wood, color or molding), the use of special glass, the complexity of the object to be framed and whether we need to purchase a specific device for you.
12. How long does it take to deliver a custom job?
The estimated waiting time is approximately one month, considering the design, assembly and shipping process. If your painting is ready sooner, we will let you know.
13. What is the payment policy for projects?
For custom projects, 50% is due at the start of the order and the balance is due upon delivery or before shipping. If the project is international, prices vary depending on the destination.
14. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Mercado Pago, debit and credit cards, bank transfers, cash and, for international projects, PayPal.
15. How do you ensure that the parts arrive in good condition?
Before shipping, we perform stability tests with movements and small shocks to ensure that the assembly can withstand transport.
16. What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers reassembly in case any part becomes detached. It does not cover damage due to impacts, accidental drops or shaking.
17. Do you offer corporate gifts?
Yes, we create custom paintings for companies looking for unique and exclusive gifts. We have worked with clients such as Intel, Microsoft and CNX.
